Shipping and delivery policy

YourSideTech provides professional services only. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping charges. All services are delivered digitally, as described below.

Quote Review

• We confirm the fee and the delivery date with you before you pay.
• Your report is delivered as a PDF to the email address you gave us, and on WhatsApp if you prefer, by the agreed date.
• If we need more information to finish the review, we will ask you, and the delivery date may move by the same time.

Expert Consultation

• Sessions take place by video or phone call at the date and time agreed before you pay.
• The meeting link or call details are sent to your email or WhatsApp after payment.

Managed IT

Scope, timelines and delivery are set out in the written agreement for each client.

Delays

If we cannot deliver by the agreed date, we will tell you as soon as we know. You can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund, as set out in our cancellation and refund policy.
